The Horizontal Centrifugal Sifter Machine is a high-precision screening device designed for fine powder screening across various industries, including chemical, pharmaceutical, food, papermaking, metallurgy, building materials, rubber, and machinery. This machine efficiently screens powder materials within an 80-500 mesh range, allowing for easy replacement of the screen. The centrifugal sifter boasts high screening efficiency, large output, no mixed levels, a vertically installed screen for durability, and a fully enclosed structure that prevents dust spillage. It operates quietly and consumes low energy, making it suitable for continuous use with minimal maintenance.
Versatility: Suitable for all particle and powder types. Compact design, stable, vibration-free, noiseless operation, excellent sealing to prevent environmental pollution.
Flexible Operation: Can be used individually or in multiple setups. Three-dimensional multi-layer installation, easily movable, safe, and reliable for continuous operation.
High Accuracy: Ideal for ultra-fine powder, low-density, slightly humid, sticky, or electrostatically charged materials.
Durable Design: Long-lasting screen, advanced internal structure, easy net change, and simple operation. Fiber or stainless steel screen tube secured with a ring or strip clamp.
Efficiency: Features free shaking, automatic cleaning, and material crushing, ensuring high screening efficiency.
The core of the Horizontal Centrifugal Sifter Machine is its cylindrical net, housed within the machine body. Materials are conveyed through a spiral system, mixed with airflow, and atomized into the net cylinder. Inside, wind wheel blades exert centrifugal and cyclonic forces on the material, propelling fine particles through the mesh and out of the fine material outlet. Coarse materials that cannot pass through the net are expelled along the net cylinder wall through the coarse material outlet.
The structure of the horizontal airflow screen is as follows:
Feeding port--driving motor--screw conveying system--dust removal port--grid frame--spindle--wind wheel--wind wheel blades--fine discharge port--coarse discharge port
Feeding port--coarse and fine discharge ports: responsible for feeding and discharging materials;
Drive motor: provides power for the screw conveying system and wind wheel blades;
Screw conveying system: transports the input materials into the screen box;
Dust removal port: facilitates the release of excessive dust in the screen box, and also relieves the high pressure state in the screen box to ensure safe operation;
Spindle--wind wheel--wind wheel blades: generates wind force and blows away materials;
Grid frame: screening and interception, fine materials enter the collection interlayer, and coarse materials continue to move forward.
