Material Characteristics

The Chinese medicine crushing and mixing metering system is an automatic on-line production system customized for the production process of Chinese medicinal products, which meets the requirements of GMP. Suitable for single material and group material, wide application range, especially suitable for pharmaceutical industry, food, health care products and other industries.

Introduction to the Pharmaceutical (API) Conveying and Screening Production Line:

In the pharmaceutical industry, it is crucial to ensure the purity, uniformity and high quality of pharmaceutical raw materials.  To this end, we have designed and launched the pharmaceutical (API) conveying and screening production line, which integrates advanced equipment such as vacuum feeder, rotary vibrating screen (including ultrasonic vibrating screen), silo, etc., and is specially customized to solve the problem of uneven particle size and uneven powder fineness in the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates in the pharmaceutical industry.


  System Equipment Overview  

 Vacuum feeder:  Using the principle of vacuum suction, dust-free and leak-free feeding from the raw material storage container to the production line is achieved, effectively avoiding contamination and loss of materials during transportation.

 Rotary vibrating screen (including ultrasonic vibrating screen):  Aiming at the special properties of API (API), such as adhesion, adsorption, static electricity, etc., ultrasonic vibrating screen technology is used.  Through the synergistic effect of high-frequency vibration and ultrasonic wave, the problems of material agglomeration and sticking to the screen are effectively solved, and the screening efficiency and accuracy are improved.  At the same time, the rotary vibrating screen is made of stainless steel 304 or 316 to ensure the hygiene standards and material purity of the production process.

 Silo:  As a temporary storage and buffer device for materials, the silo is designed with a sealing cover and dust-proof measures to prevent the material from being damp and contaminated, and facilitate the automatic material collection of subsequent processes.
