Today, I would like to introduce the Swing Probability Screen.

The Swing Probability Screen is a specialized screening device. Building upon the design of linear gyratory screens, it incorporates a steeper inclination angle to facilitate more rapid material discharge. This makes it ideally suited for materials that are easy to screen, possess larger particle sizes, and require high throughput—positioning it as an ideal replacement for traditional probability screens.
Working Principle: The operating principle of the gyratory probability screen is similar to that of the square gyratory screen. It generates a gyratory motion in the material through the reciprocating oscillation of the screen box. Typically, raw materials are fed uniformly into the screen's inlet via a feeding device. As the material enters the screen surface, the oscillation of the mesh allows smaller particles to pass through smoothly and descend to the lower layer, while larger particles remain on the screen surface, moving forward to be discharged, thereby completing the screening process.

Capable of multi-stage classification for both manufactured and natural sands. Standard screen configurations range from 5 mm down to 0.6 mm; for specialized mortar raw materials, screening can be extended to finer grades ranging from 0.3 mm down to 0.075 mm.
