Project Background

This customer is a mineral processing factory located in Southeast Asia, specializing in quartz sand crushing and grading production.

The original screening equipment suffered uneven feeding, poor classification accuracy and frequent screen mesh blockage. Mixed particle sizes seriously affected the quality of finished quartz sand and restricted factory output.

Our Solution

We customized DZSF Linear Vibrating Screen, equipped with double-layer wear-resistant polyurethane screen mesh. The machine adopts horizontal linear vibration track, with balanced excitation force. The sealed dust cover can be installed optionally to reduce workshop dust pollution.
