Sanyuantang Machinery recently visited a mineral processing plant in East Africa to perform a technical inspection and production line evaluation of the Square Gyratory Screen installed at the site. Based on the latest on-site video footage and operational data, the equipment continues to operate with high stability under demanding conditions, including heavy dust, high impact loads, and large processing capacity, earning strong recognition from the customer.

The production line is mainly used for the multi-stage screening of crushed minerals, including materials such as quartz ore, iron ore, copper ore, and aggregate. As seen in the video, the square gyratory screen features a multi-layer screen box design combined with a gentle yet efficient gyratory motion. The large screening area enables high throughput without increasing vibration amplitude. In addition, multiple dust-control soft connections help reduce airborne particles while ensuring accurate material classification and consistent output.

The customer’s project manager commented:

“Since the equipment was put into operation, we have experienced almost no downtime. Output has increased significantly, and the screening accuracy is clearly better than that of traditional vibrating screens. For heavy mineral applications like ours, reliability is the most important factor.”

During the visit, Sanyuantang’s engineers conducted a full inspection of key components, including vibration performance, screen tensioning, wear conditions, and the supporting structure. The results showed:

Stable vibration with no abnormal noise or structural looseness

Screens remain well-tensioned with uniform wear and longer service life than expected

Strong impact resistance of the drive system, ideal for heavy-duty mineral screening

Overall, the machine condition remains excellent for long-term continuous operation
