Wood Chip Screen — On-site Project for an Indonesian Client
This wood chip Wood chip vibrating screen project has been officially put into production at the timber processing factory of our Indonesian customer.
The customer is engaged in deep processing of forest resources. Raw wood materials will be crushed into wood chips, yet the mixture contains oversized wood blocks, fine sawdust and impurities. Different specifications of wood chips are required as raw materials for biomass fuel and board manufacturing. The original screening method was inefficient, with poor classification accuracy and heavy manual workload.
After in-depth communication about production capacity, material characteristics and workshop layout, our technical team recommended a heavy-duty linear vibrating screen specially customized for wood chip sorting.
✔ Large processing capacity to match the customer’s continuous crushing production line
✔ Thickened screen frame and wear-resistant sieve mesh, adapting to the rough working conditions of wood processing
✔ Multiple layers of screen plates to realize one-time separation of multiple particle sizes
✔ Stable vibration performance, low failure rate and convenient screen replacement
Our engineers completed equipment guidance, installation commissioning and operation training on site in Indonesia. After formal operation, the machine effectively separates qualified wood chips, bulk wood blocks and fine sawdust. The customer’s material utilization rate and production efficiency have been significantly improved.
We have rich practical experience in biomass raw material screening. Apart from wood chips, our vibrating screening equipment can also handle sawdust, bamboo chips, palm fiber and other forestry raw materials.
Whether you need standard models or non-customized screening equipment for biomass processing projects, welcome to share your material information, expected output and site requirements. We can provide you with targeted professional screening solutions.
