Project Overview

Client Location:  Indonesia

Application Materials: Palm wood chips, mixed wood chips

Equipment Model: Four Vibration Source Square gyratory Screen (Specialized Wood Chip Screen)

Screen Mesh Specification: 65mm aperture

Designed Capacity: 1000 m³/h

Project Purpose: Grading of biomass fuel and raw materials for pulp and paper production

Client Requirements

A major local biomass energy enterprise in Indonesia, primarily utilizing palm wood chips as raw material, required continuous, high-throughput screening capabilities. The client demanded strict control over

wood chip particle size, the complete elimination of screen clogging and material entanglement, and the ability to operate reliably under high-humidity tropical conditions to consistently meet the material

supply demands of downstream boiler and pulping production lines.

Solution

The solution employs Four Vibration Source Square gyratory Screening technology, which simulates the circular trajectory of manual screening. This system is paired with large-aperture (65mm) perforated screen

plates and an anti-entanglement screen-cleaning mechanism. Furthermore, the entire machine features heavy-duty structural reinforcement as well as rust-proof and anti-corrosion treatments, making it ideally

adapted to the high-temperature and high-humidity environment of Southeast Asia.

Key Specifications

Processing Capacity: 1000 m³/h

Screen Mesh Size: 65 mm

Drive Mechanism: Quad-Vibrator Synchronous Drive

Screen Surface Type: Large-Aperture, Wear-Resistant Perforated Plate

Screen Cleaning Method: Bouncing Balls + Mechanical Tapping

Applicable Moisture Content: ≤ 40%

Machine Protection: Outdoor Anti-Corrosion and Anti-Rust Coating

Equipment Advantages

ltra-High Capacity:Four vibrators operate in synergy, enabling a single unit to consistently achieve a throughput of 1000 m³/h, thereby meeting the demands of large-scale production.

Clog-Free & Tangle-Free: Features large 65 mm mesh apertures combined with a dedicated screen cleaning system; wood chips pass through the screen smoothly, while long fibers remain free of tangling.

Stable Operation: Characterized by low vibration amplitude and low noise levels; capable of continuous, uninterrupted operation for 24 hours with a very low failure rate.

Weather-Resistant & Durable: Incorporates a tropical-grade anti-corrosion design with thickened, wear-resistant plating, making it ideally suited for long-term use in overseas environments.

Export-Ready: Customizable to meet specific export requirements—including voltage specifications and certifications—in accordance with Indonesian standards; includes professional sea-freight packaging

and installation guidance.

Project Outcomes

Since commissioning, the equipment has maintained a stable screening efficiency of over 95%. The processed wood chips exhibit uniform particle sizing that fully meets the client's raw material standards for

both biomass power generation and pulp production. The system successfully resolved issues commonly associated with traditional screening machines—such as screen clogging and insufficient throughput—earning

the client's recognition and paving the way for long-term cooperation.

Applicable Scenarios

Ideal for high-throughput wood chip classification applications across various sectors, including biomass energy, pulp and paper manufacturing, timber processing, palm waste recycling, and wood chip processing

for export markets.
