Customer Background:

We recently partnered with a green tea powder processing plant. This customer specializes in producing high-quality green tea powder and holds a strong position in the market. Due to their stringent requirements for both product quality and production efficiency, they were looking for a more efficient and precise screening solution, especially for handling fine green tea powder, where traditional screening equipment failed to meet the desired accuracy.


Challenges:

Gate Valve Addition: Based on the customer's needs, a gate valve was added to the system to regulate the material flow, ensuring uniform distribution of material and further enhancing screening efficiency.


Single Layer Use: The design was optimized for single-layer screening, simplifying operation and maintenance.
