Material Introduction

Nut powder is very common in industrial production. The oily components it contains make the screening process complicated and challenging. It is difficult for ordinary vibrating screen equipment to achieve the 

ideal screening effect. The oily components are easy to adhere to the screen, causing the screen holes to be blocked, thus affecting the screening efficiency and product quality. This case takes almond powder as an

Customer Case

The almond powder sent by the customer contains agglomerated powder. Before screening, we first perform material analysis on the almond powder. The challenges faced by screening are still relatively large.

1. Viscosity problem: Nut powder usually has a certain viscosity and is easy to adhere to the screen, causing the screen holes to be blocked and affecting the screening efficiency.

2. Uneven particle size: The particle size and shape in nut powder may be uneven, which will affect the accuracy and efficiency of screening. It is necessary to select the appropriate screen specifications.

3. Poor fluidity of almond powder: Poor fluidity of powder affects screening efficiency and speed, and equipment optimization may be required. A single screen cleaning device cannot achieve a reasonable cleaning

effect.

Develop a plan

In order to effectively solve these problems, we customized an "ultrasonic scraper vibrating screen" for our customers.

Ultrasonic screening technology (28,000 high-frequency vibrations per second) can break the adhesion of grease through ultrasonic vibration, keep the screen clean, and improve screening efficiency. The use of 

vibrating screening equipment can also effectively separate oily components and reduce the occurrence of blockage. With the help of a scraper/brush, the powder that is gathered together can be effectively dispersed. 

The scraper forces the material to pass through the screen, increasing the screen throughput and allowing the material to be fully screened.

Cleaning method

During the screening process, regular cleaning and maintenance of the screening equipment is also crucial. Establish an effective cleaning procedure to regularly remove grease and nut powder residues on the screen to 

prevent them from accumulating and affecting the screening effect. At the same time, pay attention to the operating specifications of the equipment to ensure stable operation of the screening process and reduce 

downtime and maintenance costs.
